Dana Holding Corporation Chooses One Network for Inbound Supply Chain Management, Announces Project Go-Live

One Network’s Cloud Platform Enabling Dana to Reduce Variability of Demand, Supply, Capacity, and Lead Times

Dallas, TX, Nov 11, 2014—One Network Enterprises, a leading provider of multi-enterprise PaaS and consumer-driven supply chain services in the cloud, today announced that Dana Holding Corporation (NYSE: DAN), a global leader in the supply of highly engineered driveline, sealing, and thermal-management technologies, has gone live with a project that leverages One Network’s cloud platform to manage its inbound supply chain processes. This announced project comes in addition to the news that One Network is also providing Dana with a cloud-based transportation management system.

The project leverages One Network’s unique Real Time Value Network™ cloud-based platform, which is designed to capture manufacturing demand data for Dana’s products in near real time. These highly accurate demand signals are then propagated to the company’s internal operations and community of suppliers, enabling Dana to optimize inventory levels, replenishment polices, purchase orders, and supplier performance, all on a single cloud platform accessible anywhere in the world via an internet browser.

Tobias Jendrell, Global Director, Materials & Logistics at Dana, said, “Our customers expect equally high level service regardless of when, how, or where they purchase their product. Looking ahead, we knew we needed to find a way to deliver more value to our customers and trading partners while reducing inventory and operations costs. We’ve chosen One Network because of its unique and highly innovative technology and we believe it will deliver the kinds of results we need.”

One Network’s cloud platform is designed to maximize Dana’s service levels while minimizing its operations costs by leveraging One Network’s unique Real Time Value Network cloud platform, the only solution capable of capturing end-customer demand signals and propagating them in real time across the entire supply chain.

“Dana Corporation is a world-class company and a key addition to One Network. The fact that Dana is using our cloud platform to enable an active supplier community as well as for transportation management is further evidence that our technology and problem solving approach add value in even the most complex and rigorous supply chain environments,” said Bruce Jacquemard, EVP of Sales and Marketing, One Network Enterprises.
