Greg Brady, Founder and CEO One Network Enterprises

Greg Brady | Founder, CEO, Head of Research and Development

Greg Brady founded the company in 2002 and is a renowned supply chain and technology visionary. Before that, he led i2 Technologies to high growth and market leadership for seven years, both as CEO and head of worldwide operations. Previously, Brady was vice president of worldwide applications marketing for Oracle and held positions at J.D. Edwards and at McCormack and Dodge. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University.

Ray Hood | Director

Ray Hood has served as a director of the Company since 2004. Mr. Hood the Chief Executive Officer of Qumu an enterprise video communications firm. Hood brings a wealth of experience and leadership having previously built an organization with sales and service operations in fourteen countries, development operations in three countries, and customers in all major markets around the world. Hood also serves on the Board of Directors of Allegro Development, an energy trading and risk management software company, and on the Executive Board of Advisors at the SMU School of Engineering. He is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and started his career with Price Waterhouse as a public accountant.

Ranjit Notani | Co-Founder, Chief Technology Officer

As chief technology officer, Ranjit Notani leads overall product direction for One Network. He brings to the company over 10 years of experience conceptualizing and architecting enterprise solutions, and holds numerous patents. Previously, Notani was co-founder and CTO of Transcend Systems, and spent several years at i2 Technologies where he held various key architecture positions, playing an integral part in product strategy as a Fellow, and leading their Supply Chain Collaboration suite. He has also worked on Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and manufacturing solutions at Structural Dynamics Research. Notani holds a Master of Science from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.

Major General John F. Phillips | Director

Major General John F. Phillips (U.S. Air Force, ret.) has served as a director of the Company since 2010. Gen. Phillips has more than 30 years of comprehensive acquisition, aviation, information technology (IT), logistics and leadership experience. In addition to his distinguished military career, Gen. Phillips served as Deputy Under Secretary of Defense (Logistics), overseeing an organization of 850,000 military and civilian personnel with a budget of $114 billion. In this capacity, he was responsible for establishing a major, precedent-setting outsourcing and privatization program for the Federal government.

Gen. Phillips also served as Vice President of Government Services for Honeywell, where he oversaw major Federal-sector engagements. Gen. Phillips was successful in spearheading the capture of a $1.7 billion satellite network control contract – the largest single aftermarket contract in Honeywell’s history. Gen. Phillips served for more than 27 years in the United States Air Force, and holds a B.S. degree in biology and chemistry from Jarvis Christian College in Hawkins, Texas, and an M.S. degree in Logistics Management from the Air Force Institute of Technology. Gen. Phillips has received over 250 awards and decorations, including Vice President Al Gore’s Hammer Award in 1999.

Michael J. Gade | Director

Mr. Gade brings more than 30 years of retail and marketing experience to One Network. Mr. Gade is currently a senior advisor to Boston Consulting Group’s Global Consumer Group. He also acts as a Professor of Marketing (Executive in Attendance) at the University of North Texas, where he is a multiple winner of the Outstanding Faculty Award.

Previously, Mr. Gade was most recently a Senior Executive at Home Depot Inc, where he maintained complete operational responsibility for the $6.5 Billion southwest region. Prior to that, he served as a top-5 executive at 7-Eleven, Inc., with responsibilities that included marketing, merchandising, and business development initiatives. He has also served as Chairman of the C&L Retail, Distribution and Consumer Products Practice globally at Coopers and Lybrand now PWC.

He is a graduate of The Ohio State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1974 and a Masters Degree in Business Administration in 1975.
