Process Manager (US)

Job Title:

Process Manager

Essential Functions:
  • Create and help enforce development, QA and release best practices
  • Create metrics and continuously measure them to improve delivery performance
  • Track and follow up on action items
  • Ensure standardization across multiple development teams
  • Ownership of processes around development tools including source Code Management (Perforce,)  Defect Tracking (JIRA), Build Management (Cruise), Automation (Selenium and QTP) etc.
  • Management training
  • Assist with Plan of Record process
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years as a development process manager OR
  • 5+ years experience managing a software development team
  • Good people skills
  • Experience with Waterfall and Agile processes

Plus

  • 5+ years of hands-on software development
  • Management training of software managers
  • Familiarity with software development metrics
 Education: BS and Masters in Computer Science or Engineering
