Senior Development Manager - Consumer-Driven Supply Chain Management

Job Title	Senior Development Manager
Job Summary	Senior Development Manager will be a member of the development team for One Network’s Logistics Industry Unit. ONE Network Logistics Industry Unit implementations are built on ONE Network Real Time Value Network, a multi party SaaS based network embedding Supply Chain and Logistics operations. The Senior Development Manager will be reporting to Business Unit lead and will be a member of the development team. Manager will be leading, managing and mentoring development teams in delivering multiple customer projects simultaneously and will participate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle, including analysis, design, development and testing. Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing significant new features and enhancements to products with their team. In particular, this position will work in the functional areas of Supply Chain and Logistics, but may be asked to work in other functional areas as well.
Essential Functions	Lead team members and manage multiple customer project deliveries Work with Sales teams in supporting Proof of Concept, Pre Sale activities Work with Project/Program Management teams in Project Scoping and Planning Work with Senior Leadership in strategizing the product road map & operations Leading discovery sessions with customers for project kickoffs Overseeing requirements gathering, analysis, design and development activities Reviewing project plans, monitoring and managing project execution resolving any bottlenecks working with Customer, or internal leadership team. Guiding and mentoring a team of developers, instituting the process for continuous improvement.
Education	BS/MS in Engineering/Computer Science/Supply Chain/Operations Research
Experience and Skills	8+ years of experience in hands on software development and 3+ years of management experience Strong knowledge and experience in implementing Supply Chain and Logistics solutions Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills in managing internal teams as well as customers Strong Object Oriented Programming, Algorithms and Data Structures knowledge Extensive hands on experience in J2EE technologies Strong analytical problem solving skills Excellent implementation skills including analysis, design, development & support Experience with enterprise integration patterns & protocols, such as REST, EDI, SOAP Experience with relational databases (preferably Oracle) and SQL queries Experience in modern web technologies, Java script, Ajax and HTML5 is a plus Experience in iOS and/or Android development is a plus Experience in modern web client technologies (in particular React ) is a plus Experience in Operations Research is a plus
